National Cup and NWC League Action
Both Kick Off @ 2pm
NCL v Skirlaugh
Following their amazing last gasp 36-32 victory over NCL Premier Division York Acorn last weekend in the 1st Round of the Carnegie Challenge Cup, Heath once again face Premier Divison opposition this Saturday as early season pace setters Skirlaugh travel to Close Street in the ACE Insurance National Cup.
They will arrive confident having completed a league double over Heath last season and also having chalked up their first victory of 2010 with a 26-10 win over fellow Humbersiders Hull Dockers last weekend. However they did fall victim to York Acorn - 18-12 in the Challenge Cup a week earlier.
If Heath turn up with the same 'never say die' attitude as they have had recently, another 'shock' is most definately on the cards.

NWC v Leigh Miners Rangers
Over on the 2nd pitch, having succumb to their first league defeat since the opening day - 28-22 at Wigan St.Judes, the NWC squad will look to get back to winning ways against a high flying Leigh Miners outfit. Miners suffered their first league reverse of the campaign last week - citing a narrow, glue-pot of a pitch as the reason, going down 22-0 against top of the table Clock Face Miners.
Ste Hull will be looking for a much more clinical display from the lads, who created more than enough chances to win last week's encounter. It is sure to be a tight affair.
