Rainhill Rotary Club held two main fund raising activities in 2018, the Beer Festival in November and the Santa Sleigh Christmas collections in December. These events were very successful and enabled them to produce a bumper year for charitable donations. Their committee recommended an increase of 58% over last years donation to almost £20,000 and 44% of the awards went to needy causes.
