NOTICE is hereby served that the Annual General Meeting of the members of Thatto Heath Crusaders Amateur Rugby League Club will be held on the 20th June 2017 at 7.30 PM in the bar of Thatto Heath Crusader Park, Close Street, St Helens, Merseyside to transact the following business.
ORDINARY BUSINESS
- To receive, consider and adopt the audited profit and loss accounts as at 31st October 2016.
- To appoint RL officers and RL Committee members who retire as per Paragraph 13 of the Club Constitution, but who, being eligible to do so, offer themselves for reappointment.
- To approve the selection of Steve Webster and Richard McCauley as Trustees of the Club.
- Any other business
SPECIAL BUSINESS
- To consider, and if thought fit, to pass with or without modification, the amendments to the club constitution to keep the same within the requirements of being a Registered CASC.
NOTES
- All members entitled to vote are asked to attend. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of themselves, and the proxy nee not be a member. However, the member and the proxy should notify the club of who will be in attendance with at least 48 hours notice prior to the meeting.
